Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in a mechanical technician role.
• Experience supporting prototype development, lab research, or new product development.
• OSHA or related safety certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, modify, and maintain prototype hardware and lab equipment.
• Build and troubleshoot mechanical assemblies for millimeter wave drilling tech.
• Read engineering drawings and assembly instructions for fabrication and testing.
• Collaborate with scientists/engineers to prototype and refine designs.
• Conduct lab testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
