Genesis Engineering Solutions (GES) is seeking a Mechanical Technician III to support complex flight hardware integration, environmental testing, and mechanical assembly operations in Lanham, MD.

The role provides technical leadership on hardware builds, mentors junior technicians, and ensures documentation aligns with engineering, quality, and customer requirements. Flight integration experience is highly valued.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 7+ years aerospace/defense flight hardware integration experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications.
• U.S. citizen required due to government contract.

Mansioni

• Lead complex mechanical assembly and integration activities involving aerospace flight hardware.
• Perform precision assembly, inspection, rework, and installation operations.
• Support spacecraft, payload, and flight system integration campaigns.
• Verify hardware configuration and support configuration audits.
• Mentor junior technicians and train on assembly best practices.
