Ash Grove Cement Company, a CRH Company, seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Technician III for day shift with on‑call rotation in the cement plant. You will assist mechanical engineers by maintaining and repairing critical machinery to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 4 years of heavy process equipment experience. MSHA knowledge and welding skills are a plus; safety and precise documentation are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
• Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Heavy Process Equipment (HPE) Cement Plant Operations.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to repair and rebuild plant equipment with little supervision.
• Knowledge of MSHA standards.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Able to use measuring devices (micrometers, square, level) and precision tools.
• Able to weld using shielded arc welding & flame cutting.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Inspect plant process machinery and provide repair recommendations.
• Install and repair plant process machinery and document work performed.
• Operate boom lifts, cranes, forklifts, and other mobile equipment.
• Provide scope of work, parts requirements, and equipment requirements for repairs during outages.
