Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Mechanical Technical Director for Advanced Technology Facilities across the Americas.

This senior, business-facing engineering role leads facility design in data centers, life sciences, or semiconductors, acting as the technical authority and mentoring project teams. Openings across three sectors; you will work with BD and account teams on differentiators, provide pre-sales support, and drive design excellence while aligning with industry best practices and ROI-focused

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to technical authority for mechanical facility design across the Americas in your sector (data centers, life sciences, or semiconductors).
Support business development and account teams by identifying project delivery differentiators and value-added propositions.
Provide pre-sales support, evaluating project feasibility and developing preliminary designs for proposals and bids.
Train and mentor project teams on sector-specific design issues and best practices.
Coordinate project teams through proposal effort, strategy, and budget development.
Maintain relationships with past clients to develop repeat business and new leads.
Ensure designs align with industry-accepted practice and leading-edge technologies.
