Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering discipline (Mechanical, Systems, or related).
• 5–12 years of relevant experience in systems/mechanical engineering for complex hardware programs.
• Experience developing and decomposing system/subsystem requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support evaluation, definition, design, manufacture, and verification of complex mechanical systems.
• Apply MBSE to capture, decompose, and manage requirements and maintain traceability.
• Prepare design and procurement specifications and conduct design, manufacturing, and test readiness reviews.
• Brief customers and leadership with well-reasoned technical recommendations.
