Power Design, Inc. is seeking aMechanical Superintendent to lead the project team, ensuring timely completion with top quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This role influences project success and supports the company’s mission to be the most trusted name in the industry. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field supervision experience on multimillion-dollar projects, holds an active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license, and demonstrates strong knowledge of the National Building Code

Qualifications

• Seasoned field supervisor with 10+ years of crew management experience.
• Experience running multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Proficient knowledge of building codes and safety requirements.
• Strong written communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, evaluate, and train field project team members.
• Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
• Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor.
• Ensure installations meet quality and mechanical code standards.
• Manage material and personnel requirements to meet schedules.
• Adhere to company quality, safety, and best practices.
