Qualifications

• Proven track record managing projects with budgets over $50,000,000.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, blueprint reading, and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations for mechanical projects exceeding $50,000,000.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to maintain schedules.
• Manage labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality control across the site.
• Mentor junior field staff and superintendents.
