The role focuses on managing mechanical installations on projects valued from $10,000,000 to $30,000,000, coordinating with PMs and onsite trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of supervisory experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities for mechanical projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000.
• Supervise onsite labor and ensure HVAC installations meet design specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress against budget and timeline goals.
• Identify and resolve field issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination.
