Siemens AG in Norcross, GA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Mechanical Services. You will lead cost estimation for HVAC projects, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure accurate scopes and schedules for service and retrofit work across the greater Atlanta area.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC project estimating and strong collaboration across teams. A PMP/PE or Journeyman rating is preferred, with a path to growth within Siemens Smart Infrastructure.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, estimating, technical field support or design engineering for Building Mechanical Systems (HVAC).
• Senior Level: 5+ years; strong cost estimating and project coordination skills.
• Certifications or licenses: PMP and PE preferred; Journeyman Mechanic Rating or Mechanical Engineer credentials are a plus.

• Clarify scopes of work with local sales to obtain accurate installation information.
• Prepare and provide cost estimates for Mechanical Service Projects.
• Research mechanical systems including DX equipment, air handling, chillers, boilers, and indoor air quality offerings.
• Communicate risk factors in cost reviews to customers and internal teams.
• Establish draft service delivery schedules in estimating software.
• Interpret customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and management across cross-functional areas.
• Coordinate subcontractor scope to avoid gaps between trades when needed.
• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers.
• Assist sales in developing differentiated service initiatives within the scope of work.
