Jacobs is seeking a Senior Mechanical Revit Technician to join our Data Center team in the United States. You will develop coordinated mechanical designs for mission‑critical facilities, from concept through construction documentation, collaborating with engineers and cross‑discipline teams in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of mechanical design experience, strong Revit proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior staff while supporting project delivery and BIM

Formación

• 8+ years of mechanical design experience with increasing responsibility on complex facility projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM‑based design workflows.
• Demonstrated experience preparing construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical equipment layouts, ductwork, piping, and coordination requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models for complex systems on data center projects.
• Prepare detailed design and construction documents for HVAC, chilled water, and piping systems.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams.
• Mentor junior designers and BIM staff; support RFIs and submittals during construction.
• Contribute to BIM standards, details, and best practices.
