Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Mechanical Revit Technician to advance mechanical designs for data centers and mission-critical facilities. You will develop coordinated Revit models, drive constructible documents, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Join a team delivering high-performance mechanical infrastructure, piping, and ductwork layouts while coordinating with engineers and other disciplines to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design on complex facilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM-based design workflows.
• Experience preparing construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Knowledge of coordination with multi-disciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models for complex mechanical systems.
• Prepare DDs for HVAC, chilled water, condenser water, and hydronic piping.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
• Mentor junior designers and support BIM staff.
