Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical design experience for complex facilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience producing construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Strong coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and standards knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Revit/BIM models for mechanical systems on data center projects.
• Prepare design and construction documents for HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Coordinate with architecture, structural, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Mentor junior designers and support BIM execution planning.
• Assist during construction administration with RFIs and submittals.
