Job summary

Parametrix is seeking a Senior Mechanical Revit Designer to lead BIM model development for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure. You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across Washington and Oregon, driving design clarity and constructability.

The role supports hybrid/remote work arrangements, with an emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and BIM practice advancement within the Water team.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive Revit/BIM experience.
• Experience developing process mechanical models for water/wastewater facilities.
• Ability to lead model development and coordinate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead process mechanical Revit model development for water facilities and related infrastructure.
• Develop layouts for equipment, piping, valves, supports, and access platforms.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, architectural, HVAC, electrical disciplines.
