Job summary

Parametrix, based in Washington, is seeking a Revit Designer I–IV to join our Water team in a role that supports Revit and BIM design for water and wastewater facilities. The position primarily works with our Revit team in Puyallup, WA, with a flexible hybrid schedule based on project needs and experience level.

You will develop and maintain 3D BIM models, coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil disciplines, and contribute to model integration and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Revit Designer with 3+ years of Revit experience.
• Willingness to support Revit models across mechanical, structural, HVAC, and electrical disciplines.
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM practices, model coordination, and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to grow technical Revit/BIM skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within our BIM department and work with CAD and Revit designers and engineering staff.
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil disciplines to ensure model integration and design alignment.
