Job summary

Parametrix in Washington state is seeking a Revit Designer I-IV to support Revit and BIM design for water and wastewater facilities. You will collaborate within the BIM team, developing detailed 3D models and coordinating across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.

Qualifications

• Revit Designer with 3+ years of Revit experience.
• Flexibility to support Revit models across MEP disciplines.
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM practices, model coordination, and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and grow technical Revit/BIM skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the BIM department, working with CAD and Revit designers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil disciplines to ensure model integration and design alignment.
