Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering required with emphasis on reliability or maintenance principles.
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in industrial/manufacturing reliability or maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement equipment asset plans using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and other reliability techniques.
• Perform physical failure analysis and root cause investigations to determine causes of equipment failures.
• Analyze equipment trends and historical data to justify improvements for lower life-cycle costs.
• Support Mechanical Integrity (MI) projects and regulatory compliance, including audits.
• Collaborate with operations to standardize procedures and optimize equipment performance.
• Contribute to capital projects by defining criteria and specifications for improved reliability.
