Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience in product development and R&D.
• 5+ years of experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD.
• Experience with static structural finite element analysis software (Ansys) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, mathematical skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop solar tracker and installation automation products from concept to commercialization.
• Perform hands-on testing of prototypes in laboratory and field conditions.
• Create 3D CAD models and drawings in SolidWorks; use Ansys for structural analysis.
• Develop product specifications, testing requirements, and review test results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers; travel up to 20%.
