Job summary

P&F Machining in Otsego, Minnesota seeks a Mechanical Quality Inspector III for the second shift to inspect industrial and medical products and materials using CMM, GD&T, and vision systems to ensure conformance with customer specifications.

Must have ISO 13485 experience and be authorized to work in the United States. We offer a strong benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years in quality inspection in manufacturing.
• ISO 13485 and AS9100 knowledge.
• ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector preferred.
• Experience with CMM, GD&T, and 3D metrology.

Responsibilities

• Perform GD&T inspection of parts using CMM and manual instruments.
• Conduct 100% inspections and visual checks.
• Interpret CMM reports and ensure conformance to specs.
• Oversee Level I inspectors and mentor others.
• Maintain workflow and priority of inspections.
• Communicate defects and concerns to production and suppliers.
