Job summary

Aprios Custom MFG in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector for the 3rd shift. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, read blueprints, and verify GD&T annotations to ensure parts meet specifications.

Candidates should have 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing, proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges), and familiarity with quality systems. ISO 13485/ASQ CQI a plus; CMM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of quality systems and inspection methods.
• CMM and regulated industry experience preferred.
• ISO 13485 and ASQ CQI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured products.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Operate precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and pin gauges.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Support NCRs, quality documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize and support CMM inspection processes.
