Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing
• Minimum 10+ years' verifiable Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in commercial HVAC and Plumbing
• Verifiable experience working on various projects at a time, including university buildings
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
• Ability to travel 0–5% of the time to job sites/office locations
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to remain stationary, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
• Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, or finger motions
• Ability to adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full life cycle, coordinating trades to meet code, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and evaluate submittals
• Attend jobsite meetings and document site activities
• Prepare and send customer warranty letters; finalize O&M manuals
• Develop field personnel and supervise superintendents
• Ensure safety compliance and quality assurance across projects
