Job summary

Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for HVAC commercial/industrial projects in California. Lead multiple concurrent projects, manage budget, schedule, and client relationships, and mentor junior PMs.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Timberline and Procore, and excellent organizational skills. Occasional travel to job sites across California and Nevada may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with an HVAC contractor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet financial targets.
• Supervise and mentor project managers on the team.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee materials, budgeting, and production for assigned projects.
• Plan, estimate, and schedule resources to meet milestones.
• Interface with customers and staff on scope changes and milestones.
• Maintain project documents in the designated system.
