RIMEPRO Inc., located near Hayward in the East Bay, seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC construction from planning through turnover. You will coordinate piping, equipment installation, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while maintaining strong client and field team relationships.

The role requires reading drawings, managing change orders, ensuring safety and quality, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Experience with commercial mechanical or HVAC contractors.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• In-person work in the East Bay area.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and manpower planning.
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting and financial performance.
• Track labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs and other expenses.
• Coordinate piping, HVAC equipment installation and related work.
• Guide trade planners on shop drawings and coordination with other trades.
• Establish piping installation standards and project requirements.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, equipment vendors, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and documentation.
• Prepare estimates and pricing for change orders and new scopes.
• Conduct regular site visits for progress, workmanship and safety.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and cost impacts; ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Coordinate project closeout, warranty work and customer follow-up.
• Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
