Job summary

GPAC seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects in Maryland. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and safety, delivering HVAC, plumbing, and controls projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience on complex HVAC and plumbing builds, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with PM software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience
• Experience managing large HVAC and plumbing projects
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and financial tracking
• Familiarity with project management software platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships
