The role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams. You will drive submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety and quality standards across healthcare, education, and industrial

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
