Job summary

ITAC seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical engineering, design, procurement and construction efforts for complex capital projects in our Greenville, SC area. The role focuses on applying project principles to ensure safe, efficient use of resources and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in mechanical construction PM, 5+ years of multidiscipline PM, OSHA 10, Procore experience, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of multidiscipline project management experience.
• Annual PM responsibilities up to $2.5M+.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical engineering, design, procurement and construction efforts.
• Enforce project principles and optimize resource use.
• Identify weaknesses and implement improvements.
• Cultivate new work with existing clients.
• Develop work scopes, cost estimates and execution plans.
• Lead kickoff meetings and establish safety plans.
