Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the construction field leading projects that are up to $15M in scope.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office environment.
• Ability to organize and curate documents related to work orders and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.
• Review and approve project budgets to determine allocation of resources.
• Lead strategic planning and project submittal processes.
