Job summary

Yearout Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects across commercial, government, and industrial sectors in New Mexico and Texas. You will manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will bring a bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or certificate and at least 5 years of commercial construction experience, with strong scheduling,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with ≥5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong skills in project scheduling and budgeting.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation.
• Proven leadership, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.
• OSHA 10 or higher certification.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs, from initiation through completion.
• Prepare and maintain cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change orders.
• Price, process, and track all project change orders; communicate adjustments to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure consistent standards across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes, environmental regulations, and internal quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve incidents or delays, ensuring adherence to proper construction procedures and timelines.
• Oversee all BIM activities in partnership with the BIM Coordinator to ensure successful detailing and coordination.
• Manage activities during the warranty period to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of post-construction issues.
