Confidential Employer. in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead multimillion-dollar mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and coordination across field teams to ensure safety, quality, and profitability. The role requires 8+ years of experience in construction project management, BIM coordination expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supervising or managing construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects valued at $5 million or more.
• Experience with BIM coordination and construction PM software.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost controls, and project execution.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and coordinate teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction is highly preferred.

Join our Denver‑area construction operations team, where you'll work closely with project teams, field crews, and industry professionals to deliver successful projects.

Note

Candidates must have 8+ years of construction project management or supervision experience, including the ability to lead projects valued at $5 million or more. Experience with BIM coordination, project budgeting, and managing multiple construction projects is required. Mechanical construction experience is strongly preferred.
