This role serves as the technical lead for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and design requirements are met while delivering high-quality, manufacturable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of engineering and project leadership experience.
• Advanced CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GD&T, tolerancing, and design for manufacturability.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects.
• Develop schedules, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional activities.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Regulatory.
• Provide regular project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
• Drive product development from concept through commercialization.
• Support product launches, process improvements, and manufacturing transfer.
