Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in mechanical system design; field experience is required.
• Understanding of engineering drafting standards and mechanical engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems for a variety of projects.
• Select and specify equipment for residential buildings.
• Prepare basis-of-design descriptions and project-related documentation.
• Perform design load calculations and mechanical system design.
• Design energy-efficient systems and provide credit documentation for LEED.
