The role requires a PE license and 10+ years of experience, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and the Microsoft suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
- Registered PE in at least one state or eligible for registration in others.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and project leadership.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite in delivering projects.
- Experience in healthcare design is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project design from schematic through construction documentation.
- Coordinate across disciplines to ensure design intent and compliance with codes.
- Mentor junior staff and project engineers.
- Manage project delivery, staffing, and budgets across multiple complex projects.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to clients and teams.
