Job summary

EwingCole, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to design and document major projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, codes and quality standards. You will support delivery from concept to construction, coordinate across disciplines, and mentor junior staff.

The role emphasizes advanced documentation, system modeling, building technology, and cost-conscious design within project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience.
• Registered PE in at least one state with credentials to register in other states.
• Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite used to deliver projects.
• Meets guidelines of preceding roles including Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Guides modeling and creation of drawings to deliver projects.
• Ensures design, production and documentation meet codes and standards.
• Coordinates across disciplines and manages multiple projects.
• Assists in project planning and estimates hours and scope.
