Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) in Charlottesville is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Project Engineer to lead HVAC design for complex facilities.

You’ll drive the engineering design process on assigned projects, develop innovative solutions, and guide the discipline team to meet client needs and project goals. Ideal candidates have a BSME/BSAE, 10+ years of HVAC experience in research, healthcare or higher education, PE preferred, and proficiency with Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• BSME/ BSAE with applicable experience.
• 10+ years designing HVAC for research, healthcare or higher ed facilities.
• Professional engineering registration preferred.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.
