Job summary

WestRock Company is looking for a Project / Sr. Project Engineer to manage and complete various projects at their Stevenson, AL paper mill. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4–10 years of capital project experience, preferably in the pulp and paper industry. Strong analytical and project management skills are necessary to coordinate multiple projects and lead teams effectively. The role involves onsite work and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on operations.

Qualifications

• 4 – 10 years of capital project experience in heavy industrial or process industries.
• Pulp and paper experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete maintenance repair projects during annual shutdowns.
• Provide engineering expertise to Operations and Maintenance departments.
• Perform capital project development and execution.
