Job summary

Highland Consulting Group in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a senior Project Executive to oversee multiple projects, lead Project Managers, and drive business development, client relations, operations, and finance. This role reports to senior management and offers mentorship to the project management team.

Responsibilities include reviewing WIP reports, budgets, and contractual commitments, coordinating resources, and ensuring closeout and records management. Regional work with limited travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with decisive action and positive team relations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; understand contract provisions affecting profitability.
• Ability to lead productive multidisciplinary meetings.
• Stable track record of project management success; at least 10 years in mechanical contracting and PM oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage Project Managers to ensure profitable, successful project delivery.
• Mentor and develop PM staff through ongoing training.
• Partner with PMs and Accounting to prepare and review WIP reports.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and financial controls on active projects.
