Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own product strategy for cooling and infrastructure products in our data centers. You will define customer requirements, craft product roadmaps, and coordinate with worldwide partners to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams to translate complex systems into actionable plans, while championing safety, cost, and reliability across AWS scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of designing, deploying, or operating rack-level liquid cooling.
• Experience with direct-to-chip cooling is a plus.
• Master’s degree or higher is preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and approve equipment submittals.
• Work with global liquid cooling equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
• Build trust and relationships with stakeholders (reliability, operations, design, compliance).
• Work on concurrent projects across multiple geographic zones.
• Explain complex systems clearly to diverse audiences.
• Develop Product Roadmaps.
• Listen to the voice of the customer to understand technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to design new products.
• Contribute to the global knowledge base and drive continuous improvement at scale.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the year.
