Morrison-Maierle is seeking a Senior Mechanical Process Engineer to lead mining and industrial process projects in Boise, ID. You will optimize processes, design piping systems, and mentor teams while managing client relationships.

The role requires a PE license or progression toward licensure, a strong engineering foundation (ABET-accredited program), and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• PE license required or ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
• ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Progressive experience in mechanical process engineering in mining, oil and gas, water, or wastewater.
• Advanced working knowledge of mechanical process engineering principles and calculations.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and with strong quality outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships.
• Support business development activities for the Industrial Market sector.
• Direct CAD personnel on drawing development.
• Advise clients on best practices for infrastructure development and operations.

Lead complex mining, industrial, and process engineering projects while deepening your impact as a trusted project manager for mining clients.

THE ROLE

The Senior Mechanical Process Engineer will be responsible for consulting with clients on process optimization needs and designing process improvements as they relate to mining, industrial water treatment, and oil and gas projects. The ideal person will have a depth of technical process engineering experience and project leadership. These responsibilities include:

YOUR STRENGTHS

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, mining, or petroleum engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program.
