Job summary

HDR is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will lead projects in the power generation sector, developing and implementing natural gas and renewable energy initiatives. Your experience will help guide a multi-discipline team and ensure successful project execution.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the power generation field. Strong communication and project management skills are required, along with a PE license.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in power generation design.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
• Professional Engineers (PE or P.Eng) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project mechanical team and coordinate with engineering disciplines.
• Provide mechanical engineering support for detailed design.
• Monitor and communicate project status effectively.
