Job summary

Dresden Nuclear Power Station in Morris, Illinois is seeking a Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance to lead the maintenance division and ensure safe, efficient work. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related (mechanical maintenance) experience.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 4 years of related (mechanical maintenance) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of related (mechanical maintenance) experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access and pass medical/fitness exams as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities to ensure safety and effectiveness per NRC and CEC procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and performance-manage assigned personnel including disciplinary actions.
• Communicate CEC issues to Maintenance Manager and collaborate with INPO and regulators.
• Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outages and online work.
• Administer training, surveillance, and CAP programs to ensure effective work practices.
• Supervise vendor inspections and procure materials, tools, and maintenance equipment.
