Job summary

Client seeks an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Planner to support maintenance activities at an EOEG chemical manufacturing facility. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in maintenance planning or related industrial role.
• Experience developing detailed work packages and execution plans.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance activities and equipment.
• Ability to translate scopes into practical field plans.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform field walks to evaluate incoming work orders and verify scope and equipment conditions.
• Develop execution-ready maintenance work packages and plans for mechanical craft personnel.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities involving pumps, valves, piping systems, and pipefitting.
• Create, update, and manage maintenance work plans and SAP notifications.
• Coordinate with vendors on parts, materials, and delivery status.
• Generate purchase requisitions and assist procurement as needed.
• Identify constraints before work is released for execution.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure packages align with safety and maintenance standards.
