Job summary

FPC of Savannah in Beaumont, TX seeks an experienced Mechanical Integrity Engineer to support equipment reliability and asset integrity across critical plant assets. You will lead inspections and assessments to ensure compliance and drive improvements.

You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to develop repair and asset improvement strategies, evaluate corrosion and degradation, and support continuous improvements in reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical integrity, asset integrity, reliability, inspection, or related engineering.
• Strong knowledge of API/ASME codes and risk-based inspection.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support mechanical integrity programs for critical plant equipment.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and condition assessments per industry standards.
• Evaluate equipment condition, corrosion, and degradation to identify risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to develop repair and asset improvement strategies.
