Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is a national, employee-owned specialty contractor focusing on commercial, industrial, and non-residential construction. We seek a Mechanical Insulation Foreman to lead crews, enforce safety policies, interpret drawings, and drive progress on projects in Cedar Rapids.

The role requires at least 2 years of foreman experience, heavy lifting capability, and the ability to work outdoors. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Procore experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Mechanical Insulation Foreman.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and stand outside for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical insulation crews on job sites.
• Ensure crew safety, performance, productivity and quality of work.
• Read and interpret contract drawings and specifications.
• Plan daily activities to meet project schedules.
• Maintain daily reports and timekeeping.
