Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative takeoffs on construction projects.
• Establish labor productivities for estimate.
• Maintain vendor relations for pricing.
• Solicit subcontractor pricing for non-self-performed work.
• Assess market conditions and propose scope/price changes.
• Understand backlog and risk to set margins.
• Participate in internal bid reviews with supervisors.
• Foster positive customer relationships and align proposals.
• Utilize wage and benefit schedules; hand off projects to operations.
• Support estimating team on product line collaboration.
