Job summary

FM Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Inspector III (1st shift) in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform precision inspection of machined parts and incoming materials, interpreting drawings and using calibrated instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.

Responsibilities include collecting measurement data for FAI and FIR reports, performing in-process inspections, and communicating quality concerns to leadership. Shift is 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm.

Qualifications

• . High school diploma, GED equivalent, or Technical School.
• . Must be reliable with excellent attendance.
• . 5-7 years of related machining/aviation/aerospace experience.
• . GD&T knowledge preferred.
• . CMM Programming preferred.
• . Able to read basic measuring tools accurately.
• . Independent; capable of limited supervision.
• . NPI or R&D experience preferred.
