Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Senior Facilities Service Manager – Mechanical to lead onsite mechanical service and maintenance for hyperscale data centers. You will oversee technicians, drive uptime, and develop an in-house self-perform maintenance program in a 24/7 mission-critical environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in HVAC or critical facilities, strong leadership, and a background in large-scale cooling systems and controls integration.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership of technicians or field maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of large-scale cooling systems and energy-performance considerations.
• Experience managing maintenance execution, vendor performance, and incident response in operational environments.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and CMMS usage.
• EPA 608 Certification or similar refrigerant-handling credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite mechanical facilities technician team for maintenance and service of mission-critical cooling/HVAC systems.
• Directly manage Mechanical Facilities Technicians, including coaching and performance management.
• Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for mechanical systems and maintainability.
• Oversee maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, cooling towers, piping, and controls interfaces.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and internal service teams, enforcing SLAs and safe work practices.
• Track system health, reliability and energy performance, using data to improve uptime and reduce failures.
• Own mechanical safety programs, regulatory compliance, and technician training.
• Support incident response, capacity changes, and post-event reviews to strengthen reliability and execution discipline.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers, Engineering, Reliability, and Construction teams for effective handoffs and readiness.
