Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Senior Facilities Service Manager - Mechanical to lead the onsite mechanical service and maintenance team for mission-critical cooling and HVAC systems in hyperscale data centers. You will report to the Facility Manager and oversee Technicians, drive uptime, and build an in-house maintenance program for long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technicians and service teams in uptime-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of large-scale cooling and HVAC service operations.
• Experience with maintenance execution, vendor performance, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite mechanical facilities technicians for maintenance, troubleshooting, and service execution of cooling/HVAC systems.
• Directly manage Mechanical Facilities Technicians, including coaching and performance management.
• Develop and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for mechanical systems.
• Oversee maintenance for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, cooling towers, and related controls.
• Manage vendors and internal teams, enforcing SLAs and safety standards.
• Track system health and maintenance metrics to improve uptime and reduce failures.
• Own mechanical safety programs and regulatory compliance for maintenance activities.
• Support incident response, capacity changes, and post-event reviews.
• Collaborate with Facility Managers, Engineering, Reliability, and Construction for effective handoffs.
