Qualifications

• 5 years of Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting projects to bid and interpret specifications.
• Prepare and communicate requests for clarifications during estimating.
• Create competitive bids using estimating software.
