Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator with Data Center Construction experience to join our team. The role focuses on detailed cost estimation of mechanical systems for complex projects and requires collaboration with clients and project teams to manage scope, materials, and cost control.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and proficiency with estimating software.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Prior Data Center Construction/Mission Critical or transferrable experience needed.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Thrives in a client facing role.
• Experience supporting program level cost management for medium or large-scale construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as value management and value engineering.
• Excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this full-time role is $130K - $165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
