Job summary

Executive Alliance in New York is seeking a Construction Mechanical Estimator to join a fast-paced team. You will conduct construction estimating, budgeting, and bidding for HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects, ensuring accurate cost capture of materials, labor, equipment, and permits.

You will interact with architects, clients, and operations staff to align objectives and schedules, developing competitive hard bids and pricing proposals from reliable subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction.
• Strong math and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read plans and perform takeoffs.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop hard bids and pricing proposals from requests.
• Obtain cost data from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Calculate total costs for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping).

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
