Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical estimating experience in Oil & Gas.
• Demonstrated experience estimating facility and industrial projects.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring estimators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical estimating efforts for facility projects.
• Oversee development of accurate mechanical estimates.
• Establish and enforce estimating standards across the team.
• Lead identification of risks and assumptions.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in mechanical estimating for piping

Strong understanding of piping materials

Expert-level ability to develop labor estimates

Advanced interpretation of mechanical drawings

Proficiency in estimating software (InEight, Navisworks)

Advanced Excel capability

Strong knowledge of mechanical construction methods

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management

Professional certifications (AACEI CEP, PMP)
